DERMAL PIERCINGS. 

Dermal piercings are great, they are like little zirconium (crystal) diamonds about 4mm wide (sizes vary) pierced just under the skin. Permanent until removed professionally. For example:- My tattoo dragon needs one for the 'eye'. A flower tattoo could have dermal implant as an 'Enhancement', to the design.
